Toured up Explorer glacier after seeing the crown from the road. We proceeded with necessary caution. Once past this avalanche we toured up and over Explorer peak to middle glacier. A couple photos of VERY large cornices over the Byron Glacier Valley. This slope sits right above the popular ‘ice caves’.
