Travis Smith

Travis joined the Friends board in the summer of 2018. Although if you ask him he sees himself as more of a Friends and avalanche education ambassador than a board member.  He will talk about the Friends group and avalanche education to anyone that will listen, but he has been known to specifically target motorized users.  He is a realtor and media producer; his content can be seen on the ‘Friends’ feed, ESPN, iTunes “Winter Project” movie, and in Skidoo marketing materials.  He can often be found in the Chugach snowmachining, skiing, MTBing, and fishing.
