Observation: Summit

Skied up to the West shoulder of spirit Walker. Clouds with some holes in them
transformed to snow by about 1 to 1:15 pm. About 3 or 4 new inches on the trail
near the bridge over Mills Creek transformed to about 8 to 12 on the shoulder.
we dug some hasty pits and placed some pole plants, the rain crust is still
there. In wind blown places its on the surface. Lots of trees down or hanging
across the trail, still ok traveling. Temps in the mid to high twenties, no
wind. Great skiing.
