Route & General Observations

Photos from various people of the aftermath from the Halloween storm cycle. From Oct 29 – Nov 4:
Portage received 27.9″ of rain
Girdwood, 19.04 of rain
Turnagain, 8.5″ of rain at road level
This equates to anywhere from 6 to 25 feet of snow in the high alpine. Snow line was between 2,000-3,5000 most of the storm.
