Observation: Other Regions

This natural avalanche failed sometime over the past few days,
but we are unable to be certain when due to recent low
visibility. Likely trigger was wind-transported snow onto this
leeward aspect. It failed and slid to the ground, encompassing
new wind slab as well as the deeper persistent weak layers.
