Quick trip thru Turnagain Pass after last nights intense weather yielded some impressive avalanches in some popular ski terrain.

Natural wet slab avalanches on Pete's South, Lipps, Magnum and Tincan. See Trip Kenney's observation for a few more photos of Magnum and Tincan.
All avalanches have in common a westerly aspect and similar elevation (~2,000).

Creeks from Girdwood to Portage and thru Turnagain Pass are running high. Rain on snow last night and a draining snowpack is providing for some obvious signs of instability.
