Skier triggered wind slabs

Location: Turnagain Pass
The weekend of January 26-27 saw a lot of people skiing and riding in steeper
terrain. Clear and cold conditions helped to solidify the snowpack in many areas.
Exceptions were found in the upper elevations as witnessed by
these photos. Most of the skier triggered small avalanches observed over the
weekend were in terrain over 35 degrees.
