Standard approach towards Tincan trees. Dug a full pit at 1465ft along the normal uptrack. Overcast, calm with heavy snow turning to rain in the afternoon and temperatures between -1°C and 0°C. New, heavy snow from yesterday and today’s storm.

Heavy snow throughout the day turning to rain around 15:00. Calm wind in the trees.

Heavy, wet, and sticky snow, especially at lower elevations. 12" new snow from the storm.

Layer of concern was the crust at 128cm
