Glide crack on SW aspect of Eddies, just under the final climb to the ridge. See photo below.

Weather

Snowing, less than 1cm/hour increasing to 1cm/hour by late afternoon. Light variable winds occasionally gusting moderate from the East/NE, with moderate snow transport observed just above our route above treeline. Occasional light snow transport within treeline. Temps in the 20s.

Snow surface

In AM, rimed surface hoar (1-2cm) over facets, with ski penetration of 6-8". New snow was starting to accumulate by the end of the day, maybe 2-3" total by 4 PM.
