Route & General Observations

Tincan Trees ski day, started skinning around 11. Weather forecast accurately predicted winds would pick up around 1, and out of the trees it began gusting with real enthusiasm along with new snowfall. Lots of loose, dry snow being transported. Conditions started to change around 2 (also the time of our last run); we observed natural releases on loaded slopes and shooting cracks from our skis right above the main treeline.
