-Recent glide release on Sharks Fin
-Very small cracking observed on a steep test slope at 2800'. Slope did not slide upon ski cut.
-Wet loose 'isothermal' snow below 1400' on Tincan. Top 4" could be pushed with skis and gain momentum, on very steep (>40*) test slopes. Did not see any natural wet loose activity except for some rollerballs at mid elevations.

1000' -1400' - Very wet saturated snow (ski pen=2", boot pen=thigh high)
1400' -2000' - 3-5" of moist snow on a newly forming melt/freeze crust. Surface snow becoming dryer and deeper with elevation
2000' -2500' - 5"-10" new snow on a m/f crust
2800' - 12 -20" -new snow
Snowpack
Probed around from 2500' -2800', HS >300cm, rain crust could be felt 30-40cm below the surface and became very thin and disappeared by 2550'.
Test Plus pit at 2800' - Right side up pit, gradually changed from pencil to Fist hard at surface. ECTN14 35cm below the surface, ECTN16 52cm (20") below the surface. Failed, but did not propagate on new/old snow (precip particles/rounds) interface.
Pit at 2200' - Right side up pit with two rain crusts, one recent from this weekend and another from Jan.26th rain event. See photo diagram. Test results were unremarkable. Found a very wet percolation column in pit. See photo below
Rain/snow line came down in elevation yesterday, leaving new snow 0n trees to 1300'
Thigh high boot penetration at 1000' in wet 'isothermal' snow
Cornice above CFR, adjacent to Common Bowl, has grown significantly in the last week
Many glides on Seattle Ridge (E aspect) are still in tact and getting larger

Percolation column found in pit at 2200' - this is where recent rain pooled and draining into the snow pack
