Route & General Observations

Skinning up Tincan Common, we noticed a skier triggered avalanche on our second lap up. We put our beacons on search to see if we picked up a signal and toured a little closer to the debris pile since we saw a few solo skiers out. We found nothing definitive and didn’t witness the avalanche occur and the area didn’t look very safe so we didn’t stick around long.
