Route & General Observations

Climbed to hell pad, six inches new on wind crusted previous snow, noticed wind lip at top of Common bowl on approach. Skied first run down Shadow Line, nice. Went back up, second run jumped on and couple hard turns on thicker drift, heard deep shearing sound, skied to side out of path. Watched debris run past, some blocks appeared to be 3′ thick. Crown propagated left and was 2-3′ on skiers left above The Nose. Ran maybe 400 feet. No one caught.
