Broken skies, calm to light variable winds. Temp just below freezing along whole route. -0.5C at Tincan pulloff at ~10a.

Snow surface

Soft settled powder. Good riding.

Snowpack

Previous observations from 11/11 and 11/9 held mostly true today, with just a little fresh snow on top. Observed some cracking, especially around treeline, but no whumphing.

1 pit at 2500ft in a shallower spot (48cm HS) had ECTP19, propagating cleanly (SP) in the facets below the melt-freeze crust. Many yellow flags present in the snowpack.
