Driving up Turnagain Pass this morning I noticed this relatively new massive avalanche that pulled out most of the whole north face of Tincan common. Last time I was in the pass was on Thursday (4 days ago) and did not see this. Surprising how far up the CFR ridge the crown line is. Debris ran far. Also in the photo you can see a relatively small wet slab that ran on the ground near the bottom portion of Todd’s run. Spring wet slab cycle continues…
