No obvious signs of instability. Temperature rising and wind at higher elevations.

Weather

Temperature increased throughout the day; 10F at 11:00 am, 25F by 4:00 pm.
Steady 10-25 mph on the ridge, 40+ mph gusts.
Clouds started dropping around 1:00 pm, visibility was drastically reduced above treeline.
Snowfall started up around 2:00 pm.

Snow surface

Pretty dry blower pow up to the tree line, although roller balls where seen in the afternoon.
Mid-calf boot penetration at the treeline.
Pretty hard windcrust on the ridgeline
