Observation: Turnagain
Location: Tincan
Began with broken skies, went mostly sunny as the day went on. Occasional large gusts of wind transporting snow, but generally light. Skin track was filled in with wind blown snow from yesterday on common bowl ridgeline.
About a 2″ topper of light snow. Notable warming as the day went on, large roller balls forming on sunny aspects. Protected north aspects held light dry snow.
No obvious signs of instability apart from obvious rippled wind slabs, perhaps some 3″ shooting cracks in select few locations on ridgelines. Slough was sloughing.
