Observer Comments

There were no obvious signs of instability today. Did not see any human triggered slides after seeing people ski south side to the valley floor, tincan common, tincan trees, CFR ridge, Todds bowl.

Weather

Lightly snowing in most of the day, warming temps throughout the day, scattered clouds.

Snow surface

About a 4" topper of light snow on top of the storm snow. The surface was highly wind effected on alpine ridges and exposed areas such as common bowl. The fresh surface snow was notably more moist as the day went on. South aspects in the alpine became sun baked. North aspect held dry snow. Slough was sloughing.
