A large avalanche came down tincan. It extended across the entire ridgeline and
went to the base of the snowpack, presumably the facet layer near the base.
These are the photos after the slide occurred. None of these rocks were showing
earlier in the day. The first photo is looking to the side – (north). The
photographer is above the trigger point.
The 2nd and 3rd photos are from below the bulk of the debris, looking back up.
Visibility not great, so the photos are not too clear.
