Found a foot of snow at the parking lot and remained a similar depth to the top of Common Bowl. There was little wind effect found even at the top of Common Bowl. We dug a pit as we neared the last ridge climb at 2,800′ SW facing slope, dug to ground and depth of snow was 120cm. We did get results – ECTP15 with the failure being at the ground. Great soft skiing from the top, we could feel the crust under the powder as we skied but all in all it skied pretty darn good all the way back down to the truck. I know what we’ll be having for Thanksgiving Dinner…. POW!
