Toured up the 1000 dollar run from first bend in the road to the Pass. No whumphing or shooting cracks. Non-reactive stability tests in pit at 3457′ (see photo below). Evidence of storm cycle, 3-15/16 and 3/19 slab releases (See photos below). An enjoyable day with some old powder on shaded aspects.

North face of East ridge of Hatch Peak and NE face of Hatch Peak proper evidenced several old crown faces from last storm cycle.
Clear skies, calm wind conditions, temperature on summit of Marmot at 33 F.
On surfaces in shade with a bit of slope, 20 degrees or more, old powder, ~15 cm deep. On sun-exposed and more level surfaces especially higher up on ridge where also more wind-exposed, we found varying crust conditions.
