Filed day with Blaine Smith.
Toured to 2500′ on Tenderfoot. Obvious sighs of instability
Shooting cracks especially around 1900′ due to large Buried Surface Hoar from before last weekends storm, as well as multiple (sometimes large) colapses in the basal facets. Signs of BSH decreased with altitude, none found above about 2300′

About 25 cm new snow over the past three days. Snowing hard S1+in a.m. tapered off throughout day, decent visability to ridgelines by end of day, even a spot of sun.
