Route & General Observations

Climbed to 3030 on Tenderfoot Ridge. New snow over 12/9 raincrust increased w/ altitude. Skiing good between about 1800′ and 2600′.
CT 19 SP on older large grained facets which were showing a fair bit of rounding above a frozen MF crust which was well adheared to the ground. Results were not reproduced with the ECTX (no failure) Could have been problems getting through the mid pack frozen MF layer?
