and balmy. Access is still great – about 50 feet from the highways. Consistently wet spring snow on entire slope – no accumulation from Fridav’s storm noted. At 1,700′ noted a little crust about 1″ down. Skin track started getting a little snotty
around 2,400′ – it’s skeat season! Probed 270cm depth at 2,900. Some big but old cornices noted around that elevation. A little bit of wet sluffing and rollerballs. Overcast by 5:00 PM. Back at the highway
