Route & General Observations

Standard sunburst up track to weather station and down to Taylor pass. Light snow starting around 12:15. Some light snow transport along ridge, trace amounts of accumulation.

Weather

Light snow, a few patches of blue sky.

Snow surface

Supportable crust above alder line with some dust after 12. The lighter you are the better below alder line.

Snowpack

Did have a ectn21 resistant planar 11cm below surface. Failure was at crust 4F interface. 20 degree slope, NW aspect.
