Avalanche Details

First skier was following the ridge, poked onto the steep south face, it fractured, pulled him over and took him for a ride. Unburied, un-hurt. Rumor that a later group followed these tracks and set the whole thing off and were also taken for a ride.

Weather & Snow Characteristics
Please provide details to help us determine the weather and snowpack during the time this observation took place.
Weather

It was warm, snow was ok on the ridge top and the rollover, but as soon as it was more south facing it was obviously too warm.
