Weather

Partly cloudy, mild temperatures

Snow surface

Supportable crust from 1000ft to 2500ft. Some soft snow on the crust above 2500ft on south aspects.
North aspects held soft snow above 2000ft

Snowpack

Dug a quick hand pit at 3300ft on a north aspect. Found right side up snow fist to four fingers hardness, well bonded to old snow surface. Below 2000ft the snow surface was sticky and wet surface snow was moving but not entraining.
