Sunburst normal up track, Southwest aspect descents. Magnum normal up track with West aspect descent.

Observer Comments

A few small collapses on the Magnum up track, only 2m propagation max, only happened with recent new snow on what was wind striped bare ground last week. Very small avalanche from a ski cut on upper steep pitch of West aspect, recent new 8" of snow, soft slab, only propagated about two meters from skis. ( SS ASc R1 D1 I ).
Otherwise no obvious signs of instability observed over last two days on Tincan, Sunburst and Magnum.

Weather

Overcast and obscured, some broken sky's here and there. Calm to light Easterly winds today. Temps high 20's to low 30's.

Snow surface

Good powder above 2,500'. Crusty form temperature rise below 2,500 but still good.

Snowpack

New snow seemingly well bonded to old snow. No results on hand pits. Minimal visibility but no major signs of avalanches or other obvious clued besides what stated above.
