Started about 10 am, skinned up the ridge to Sunburst. Windy on the ridge uptrack, but sunny up top!
We saw one wind slab release that appeared to be a few days old, so we avoided rollovers throughout the day. Snow was soft and fantastic to ski, bonus to get laps in the sunshine! Dug one pit at 3,500 ft, ECTX. Got the column to separate on the icy ground layer only after pulling on the column with a shovel.
