Route & General Observations

Road obs on the way to Tenderfoot. Widespread avalanches in channeled terrain, mostly on the east side of the road. Of note were continuous, well connected crowns in the alpine at the north end of the Summit Pass area (see photos).

Partly cloudy skies, calm wind during the entire day.

The most recent snow line was at approximately 2000 ft in the Summit area. Below snow line, runnels were observed.
