Route & General Observations

Drove through Summit between 5pm and 5:30pm to look for any new avalanche activity. Observed a recent slab avalanches on a W aspect of Butch. The timing of when it released is unknown, but suspect within the last two days based on how fresh the crown appeared. There was another large crown on a West aspect in a valley behind Tri-Tip and Templeton. See photos. Several glide avalanches and large cracks were seen on a SW aspect of Wilson’s South.
