Road obs from Summit area:
By 3pm skies cleared up enough to see the natural activity from overnight/this
morning.Several wind slab, wet slab and point release avalanches released in the
Summit Lake area at mid and upper elevations. These were mainly D2 and D3 (large
enough to bury a person to large enough to destroy a small structure,
respectively). Many gullies are filled with wet heavy debris, however, there
are many slopes that have not slid.
