Route & General Observations

Two avalanches observed along upper Hiland Road in the steep chutes along the east side of the valley. The first at mile 7.3, the other higher up in the bowl just south of the first. Both originated in areas of significant wind drift. Unsure if human triggered, though this is unlikely for the second slide to the south.
