Toured up 4068 from 16 mile parking lot on an established skin track. Skied one lap on the eastern ridge down into Whimpy bowl then a second lap down the SE face of 4068 down into Skeetawk.

Avalanche Details

On our second lap up 4068 at approximately 4:30-5pm we noticed a snow machine high mark on the SE face of skyscraper with a new avalanche adjacent to the the track. No other information was gained.

Observer Comments

Recent natural and skier triggered avalanches on all aspects and elevations. Multiple whumphs were heard when we ventured off the established skin track as well as shooting cracks.
