15cm fresh soft snow
70 cm total depth. Failure without propagation found at this 15 cm deep interface where fresh snow sits on frozen precipitation layer (rain crust). This frozen precip layer was most likely from rain event on 12/27. At 50 cm depth a 10 cm crust is located but non reactive. ECTN12 at 15 cm depth.
