Glide avalanche just to the looker left of the motorized up-track on Seattle Ridge. This slide released between 12:34am and 1:02am Feb 26th. Debris ran to the valley floor.
Recent avalanches, moderate rain/snow and strong Easterly winds along the ridgetops.
Moderate rainfall along the road at 1,000' on Turnagain Pass. Winds were light from the North on the road but plumes could be seen off the peak and ridges (Easterly winds). Temperature at 1,000' was 40F.... ugh!
Wet and saturated snow at 1,000'. There is still plenty of snow however to 'weather the storm' of warm rain.
