15 deg calm with fog to 1500' no new snow

Surface hoar on hard pack


1-2 facet layers in top 2 ft. 1/2" surface hoar on hard ice layer on surface above 1500'. Pits showed stable snow below 2'- 5' down to ground. CT 15-17's broke in a layer in the top 1'.
