This full depth natural avalanche happened sometime after the snowfall on Sunday 11-18. The
entire region has very weak facets at the ground.

The picture of with cracks near the ski track shows the visual evidence left behind after an
audible “whoomph” as the snowpack collapsed. If the slope had been steeper where the
collapse happened, it would have avalanched.
