No signs of instability. The new snow was bonding at all locations we traveled.
That said, our high point was 3,000', so we have no information for the higher elevations.

Rode out to the backside of Seattle to see how the new snow was bonding to the old snow surfaces and if there were any avalanche concerns.

Weather
A mix between overcast, obscured and some sunlight.
Ridgetop winds were light to moderate from the east. Saw a bit of pluming off Pyramid Pk midday.

Snow surface
Between 10-16" of new settled snow from the parking lot to around 3,000'. This is the storm snow from Feb 5 and 6.
Some wind effect in the new snow along the ridgelines and on exposed slopes.
Snowpack
The 10-16" of settled storm snow had bonded with the older snow surface at all locations we traveled. Many other groups in the area were able to get onto steeper slopes without incident or signs of instability. Great to see. We did not dig or assess the snowpack past the new snow / old snow interface.
Between 14-16" settled storm snow from Feb 5 and 6. Good bonding with the old surfaces.
Wind/storm slab on the front (road) side of Seattle Ridge across from the parking lot. This likely released at the tail end of the storm.
Small cornice that took a bit of force to kick off.
Brand new batch of surface hoar grew last night - widespread along ridgeline
