Route & General Observations

Widespread, large, alarming rockfall even early in the day.

With the upcoming change in weather pattern was glad to see very little and discontinuous surface hoar.

One large slab avalanche on the SW face of Peters Peak that likely happened during the last storm cycle (picture attached).

Several bear-butt wet slides observed in Ram Valley. These were B1.5 in size (1 momma bear + 1 cub), limited to south aspects, generally about 50 ft long, weak layer appeared to be decomposing crow berries, likely occurred during the heat of the day on the April 1st. Pictures attached.
