Route & General Observations

This large avalanche is likely a natural from the strong winds
sometime between Feb 19th and 24th. SE facing at 4000′ estimated
at 400′ wide and 1-4′ deep. The crown is just visible under the
ridge and ran full length, ~1500′. It slide directly adjacent to
a slide that was triggered Feb 14th and in a similar fashion was
initiated with a wind slab that stepped down to facets above the
TRC. The deposition zone was large with debris extending over a
natural barrier and well beyond 10′ deep.
