Route & General Observations

Toured up from Crow Creek Rd. Dug pit at around 4,000ft on a roughly Southeast aspect. HS was 109CM with about 20cm of 1mm basal facets. Relatively upright snow pack with only small incongruencies. Facets seemed to be rounding and were moist enough to make a loose snowball. Pit results were CT12 @97cm, CT17 @77cm, and CT 22 @19cm. ST @97cm (Q2) and also some uneven shears @77cm and 19cm. ECTN9 @97cm. Rode the prominent southeast face, and then the lower east wall on the way back to the car. No signs of instability noted.
