Route & General Observations

Road Observation: While driving to ski Tincan on Thursday late morning we noticed a large glide crack on the West aspect of Pyramid Peak. Once we got to Tincan we saw the same type of glide crack all over similar aspects. The skiing turned out to be horrible gloop, we left, but we wondered if any of those glide cracks might be an issue.
The next morning, May 3, we were driving past Pyramid again and noticed that the glide crack had slid to dirt all the way to the valley floor. A sure sign that glide cracks are definitely active right now.
