Weather:
Valley fog and mid-level clouds
Temps in the upper 30’s at 1,000′
Light rain falling
Below are a few photos from road observations from today. The avalanches on Maynard Mt. look to be from
yesterday. Similar to the shallow wet slabs seen in Fitz’s ob from yesterday on Seattle Creek.
Other than the shallow wet slabs on Maynard, no additional recent avalanches were seen. Very few folks are
braving the wet snow and possibly breakable crust to get to the drier snow above 2,500′. A receding snow
line continues with rain falling as high as 2,000′ today.
