Observation: Turnagain
Location: Pete's South
Hiked to treeline on Pete’s South yesterday. Observed small pockets of knife hard wind slabs on the way
up. They are just about 1-2″ thick but slid easily in hand shear tests.
Skiing down was mostly on top of the old suncrust with some surprising turns sinking through.
