Route & General Observations

Toured up the main skin track up to Petes South. Hit the summit then road down the SW side.

A lot of debris at the base, no crowns or any other signs of recent avalanches

Weather

sunny, Calm, highs in the 20's for most of the day wind started to pick up around 2pm and it started to lightly snow

Snow surface

Major crust skinning to the base and up high close to the summit. The main face was mostly settled soft powder with a few areas that were wind loaded

Snowpack

Snowpack seemed stable on the SW side on the main south facing wall there were a few areas that seemed wind loaded. Didi a informal hand pit and had a layer break 8'' down easily, fast moving so we avoided that area
