Route & General Observations

We toured up the ridge to around 3000′. We skied multiple laps on the south-west aspect.

Weather

Sunny with minimal wind throughout the day.

Snow surface

We observed soft, non-wind effected snow with varying amounts of surface hoar up to the tree line. Above the tree line, snow surfaces were slightly wind effected, with no significant slabs observed on the south-west face. More wind effect was present along the ridge line.

We noticed an older crown on the north aspect of Petes South.
