Observation: Chugach State Park

Skied north facing coolies in Peters Creek. No formal stability tests, but no signs of instability observed. Lovely settled powder, and generally good snow on all but most solar aspects. Moderate to high volume sloughing. Did not observe surface hoar in alpine, but hard to tell w/ dusting of new snow. There’s now a booter out of the X, and it has no ski tracks in it yet.
