Route & General Observations

Skinned up the Northeast face of 4068 and skied down to the Frostbite weather station. We skinned around 4068 and up the East ridge to the summit and skied the Northeast face. Our goal for the day was to get runout angles of common slide paths on 4068.

Snow surface

We encountered variable surface conditions, with soft snow to be found on certain aspects. Wind slabs were observed on ridges and convexities with pockets of wind affect on some open slopes.
