Snow surface

50 ft walk from the to the snow line from the Sunburst parking lot. Crust all the way to Taylor Pass, with some small pockets of heavy windblown snow. Heavy windblown powder of varying depths the whole up - about 2-8".

Snowpack

No formal tests. There was a lot of wind effect, but no stiff windboarded snow. A whole bunch of wet sloughs and roller balls from the new snow Thursday.
